Ruby Higgins
Jackie Hancock Photography is pleased to sponsor Ruby Higgins as one of our Junior Brand Ambassadors.
Ruby is 9 years old and has been riding on and off since she was a baby. At the end of November 2025 she got her very first pony of her own, Annandale Captain Jack. She says he is the best thing that has ever happened to her and they are the very best of friends. He really looks after her, and loves going to shows. Together they do dressage, jumping, hacking, and this year they are hoping to do some showing too.
Ruby is a proud member of Ludlow Hunt Pony Club and the West Midlands Dressage Group. Recently, Ruby was selected to represent the West Midlands Dressage Group in the D Squad, which is a huge achievement for her and something she is very proud of.
Ruby is aiming to compete affiliated Prelim level with British Dressage and create her own freestyle dressage to music test, which she is incredibly excited about.
Ruby's ultimate dream is to represent Great Britain and even compete at the Olympics! With Annandale Captain Jack by her side, she believes anything is possible.
"Thank you to Jackie Hancock Photography for your support — I am so proud to be your Junior Ambassador."
