How our Events Club Membership works:
Once you have purchased your Membership, you will receive a unique Membership number by email which you can use as your discount code online at checkout when purchasing the relevant Events Club privilege products above.
To claim your free 6x9 strut mounted print or high resolution digital file, please use this prefilled email link: [email protected] with your name, membership number, the product you are claiming, together with the date, event details, class and reference number of the photograph.

Terms and Conditions:
- Annual Membership runs from 1st January through to 31st December in any one year and is available to anyone residing within the UK.
- Cost of Annual Membership for the current year is: Single Membership: £25, Joint Membership £45, Family of 4 Membership £80 and a Family of 6 Membership £99.
- Annual Membership will be available to purchase from 1st January to 31st December for the current year, at the price and membership privileges set by Jackie Hancock Photography. No annual membership fee discount can be given to those who start their membership later during the current membership year.
- Each Club Membership is an individual, joint or family privilege, which is non transferable, non refundable and cannot be shared or used by anyone other than the Membership member.
- Joint and family memberships, will each receive individual unique membership numbers to use individually to claim their free and discounted membership privileges.
- All products purchased must be of the Membership members and ordered with their registered email.
- Misuse of any Membership will automatically revoke Membership and any orders or services in association with this.
- Memberships can be cancelled at any time during the current membership year. Club Membership and privileges will cease at the time of cancellation. No refund or part refund will be eligible.
- Members can claim their free 6x9 print or digital file, which has been photographed by Jackie Hancock Photography within their membership year, by emailing [email protected] with their name, membership number, the product being claimed, together with the date, event details, class and reference number of the photograph. P&P will be applied for print posting. This offer can be redeemed at any time throughout their current membership year. Photographs from previous years do not qualify.
- Club Memberships cannot be used against monetary gift vouchers and discounted promotional offers.
- For each new membership year, Jackie Hancock Photography may amend, remove, change or add membership privileges, membership fees, and the terms and conditions, on or before 1st January of the new membership year.
- Jackie Hancock Photography may review, refuse or cancel any Membership at any time and will provide a full refund if applicable and where appropriate.
